Jean-Marie Longin is an experienced executive and advisor with over 28 years of experience in driving growth, operational transformation, and M&A transactions.

After starting his career at Solvay in management control, engineering, maintenance, safety, and purchasing (Germany, France, China), he joined Cap Gemini (formerly Bossard Gemini Consulting / Ernst&Young Consulting), where he supported major industrial groups (Safran Defense, Total, Renault, Lafarge) as well as service companies (Brinks, Elidis-Kronenbourg) in their transformation, cost reduction, and commercial policy.

He then spent 20 years at American Express (Cards and Global Business Travel) in purchasing (Europe), operations (France) and then as Business Development & Sales BU Leader (Worldwide). There, he managed international projects for sales and development of Tech, Payment, procurement, and large-scale transformation solutions, as well as target company evaluations (due diligence, post-M&A, etc.).

In 2024, he took over the Global direction of Supplier Sales and the Direct Bid Business Unit at Proactis (leading S2P software editor).

Before creating Bazanne in 2025 to focus on supporting executives and investment funds (+30 assignments).
